Ralph James Spence, 51

DOVER - Ralph James Spence of Dover died Thursday, Oct. 26, 2006, in his home. He was 51.

Mr. Spence was born Feb. 7, 1955, in Dover, son of the late Wilson and Katherine (Bell) Spence.

He had worked as a carpenter for DAL Construction in Camden.

Mr. Spence enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was a loving father and grandfather.

He is survived by two daughters, Shelly Lee Spence and Sara Connors, both of Dover; several siblings, and two grandchildren.

Services will be 7:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming, where friends may call after 6 p.m.

Burial will be private.

Instead of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the funeral home to help defray expenses.
