Pearl M. Argo, 88 MILTON - Pearl M. Argo, passed away Friday, February 26, 2010, in the home of her son, surrounded by her loving family. She was 88. Mrs. Argo was born in Nassau, Del., the daughter of the late Samuel and Mamie (Wilkins) Davidson. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Argo was a member of Grace Church, Milton and American Legion Ladies Auxiliary, Post 20 Milton. Mrs. Argo was best known for her quiet gentle nature and her loving spirit. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Argo; and her brothers, LeRoy, Carl and Howard Davidson. She is survived by one son, Sam and his wife, Jeany Argo of Milton; one daughter, Mary Ann Warrington and her husband, Jim; three grandchildren, Amy Jones and her husband, Finley III, Stefani Larson and her husband, Chip and Staci Warrington; three great-grandchildren, Finley Jones IV, Emma Pearl Jones and Allen Larson IV; sister-in-law, Thelma Davidson; and a circle of many beloved friends . Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Thursday, March 4, 2010, in the chapel of Short Funeral Services Inc., 416 Federal St., Milton, where friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday. Interment will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Milton. The Rev. Paul Simonsen will be officiating. Contributions may be made to Compassionate Care Hospice, 31038 Country Garden Blvd., Suite D2, Country Gardens U.S. 113, Dagsboro, DE 19939.
