Hartly - Patti Ann Colone passed away Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2018, in Christiana Hospital.
Patti was born in Pensacola, Fla., and had lived in Oneonta, N.Y., before settling in Delaware. She had worked for many years at Mold-A-Matic, as a quality control inspector, in Oneonta, N.Y., then held various other positions in various career fields throughout her life, including Home Health Care and finally at Kraft Foods, in Dover. She loved to laugh and could light up a room with her laughter; and she loved spending time with her family. Her favorite time was spent with her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Newton and Hilda (Hunt) Neidig.
Patti is survived by her husband, of 30 years, Dave Colone; her children, Kimberly and Nick; her grandchildren, Joshua and Mikaela; and her siblings, John, Lani, and Donald; and a host of loving, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held at 1 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2018, in Pippin Funeral Home, Inc., 119 West Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming; where family and friends may gather from 12 to 1 p.m. Burial will follow in Barratts Chapel Cemetery, Frederica.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance, 14 Pennsylvania Plaza, Suite 2110, New York, New York, 10122.
