SEAFORD - Patrick E. DiSilvestro passed away on April 14, 2014. He is preceded in death by his parents, Daniel and Carolyn DiSilvestro, and by his wife, Nathalie DiSilvestro. He is survived by his three children, Sandra L. DiSilvestro, Marie Melendez and John Sanflippo; his companion, Carol Layton; and his grandson, Anthony Williams. Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be made to Gift of Life, 401 N. 3rd Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103.
