GEORGETOWN - Norman Preston Lowe, age 77, of Georgetown, passed away on Monday, Nov. 7, 2011, at the Delaware Hospice Center in Milford. He was preceded in death by his father, Norman Lowe; daughter, Deborah Lowe; and infant son, Tommy. He is survived by his mother, Margie Lewis; his wife of 47 years, Margaret Lowe; daughters, Patricia Brittingham, Gail Dorman and her husband Charlie, Kathy Lowe, and Tammy Lowe; a son, Norman Banks; five granddaughters; two great-grandsons; and a sister, Doris Simpler. A funeral service will be 2:30 p.m., Friday, Nov. 11, at the chapel of Melson Funeral Services, Thatcher Street, Frankford, where friends may call after 12:30 p.m. Burial will be in Millsboro Cemetery.
