Norman D. Lee, 65

GOLDSBORO, Md. - Norman D. Lee of Greensboro, Md., died Thursday, June 14, 2007, in Bayhealth-Kent General Hospital, Dover, Del. He was 65.

Mr. Lee was born June 19, 1941, in Jeffersonville, Ind., son of Gladys Lee of Seaford, Del. and the late Everett S. Lee.

He had been previously employed by General Foods, Dover, Saulsbury Brothers of Ridgely and Bennett Security of Allen Foods, Cordova.

He enjoyed playing cards, reading and doing crossword puzzles.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a son, Norman D. Lee Jr. in 1989.

He is survived by his wife of nine years, Hannelore Lee; a daughter, Cheryl Allen and companion, Ron of Greensboro; two stepsons, George III and his wife, Cristy Paugh of Easton and Charlie Paugh and companion, Melissa of Goldsboro; his mother, Gladys Lee of Seaford; two brothers, Gene Lee of Charleston, S.C., and Ralph Lee of Mobile, Ala.; one sister, Doris Banks of Seaford; sister-in-law, Erika Hayes of Austria; four grandsons, Brandon, Zach, Peyton and Tyler; and two lifelong friends, Raymond and Sara Nutt of Marydel.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Fleegle and Helfenbein Funeral Home. P.A., 106 W. Sunset Ave., Greensboro, where friends may call one hour earlier.

Burial will be in Greensboro Cemetery.
