SEAFORD - Norma "Carolyn" Pusey lived in Seaford at Genesis Eldercare, prior to her death at the age of 86 on Feb. 19, 2016. She was born unto the late Arthur L. and Polly W. Godfrey on Jan. 21, 1930 in Delmar, Md. Norma had a great love for her family and was extremely proud of her children and all their accomplishments. Her faith in God is what sustained her during her life and she was always eager to tell you about Gods love for each and every one. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Seaford. Norma was preceded in death by her parents; grandson, Troy Pusey; and G. Franklin Pusey, Sr. the father of her children; her sister, Mary Cohen and her two son in law's, J. Norman Nicklas and Wayne LeCates. Mrs. Pusey is survived by her children, daughters, Vickie J. Nicklas and Linda L. LeCates, both of Seaford and sons, G. Franklin (Debbie) Pusey of Delmar, A. Michael (Glenda) Pusey and Ed (Debbie) Pusey both of Laurel. Grandchildren, Jean Nicklas, Kathy (Steve) Drummond, Scott (Tammy) Lecates, Chris LeCates, Ryan (Kathryn) Pusey, Kristen (Mark) Throm, Eddie (Dawn) Pusey, Kenny (Marcie) Pusey, Anissa (Mitchell) Brittingham; great-grandchildren, Jonnie (Brandon) White, Cody Drummond, Domyno, Alexis, Brooke and Lindsey LeCates, Matthew, Melea, Carson, Mason, Avarie, and Delanie Pusey, Kaegen and Masen Brittingham, Addison and Grayson Throm; and great-great-granddaughters, Reagan and Aubree White. A Funeral Service will be held at the Hannigan, Short, Disharoon Funeral Home 700 West St. Laurel, Del. on Monday, Feb. 22, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. A viewing will also be held one hour prior to the service. The Pastor Michael Hopkins will officiate. Interment will follow in Bethel Community Cemetery.
