Norma Lee Joseph, 84

LINCOLN - Norma Lee Joseph, of Lincoln, passed away Sunday, Sept. 6, 2009, at her home. She was 84. Mrs. Joseph was born on May 8, 1925, in Georgetown, daughter of the late George W., Jr. and Florence M. (Greet) Gillespie. She was employed as an attendant at the Stockley Center in Millsboro, retiring after 28 years of service. Mrs. Joseph was a member of the Georgetown V.F. W. and a member of the Grace United Methodist Church in Georgetown. She is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law; Jeffrey R. and Bonnie Carmine of Milford, H. Joshua and Crystal Carmine of Harrington, and Herman L., Jr. and Darleen Rust of Milford; three daughters, Ann L. Emro of Danville, N.J., Norleen Pearson and Carla R. Rust, both of Lincoln; a brother and sister-in-law, Reginald and Thelma Gillespie of Seaford; a sister and brother-in-law, Olga and Bill Stayton of Dover; nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
