Nora Lee (Hunnicutt) Sansbury, 73

REHOBOTH BEACH - Nora Lee (Hunnicutt) Sansbury of Rehoboth Beach died Saturday, Jan. 6, 2007, in Harrison Senior Living, Georgetown. She was 73.

Mrs. Sansbury was born in Waynesboro, Va., daughter of the late Theodore Lyman Columbus and Earline Jenny (Odom) Hunnicutt.

She was a member of Epworth United Methodist Church, Rehoboth Beach.

Mrs. Sansbury was a calligrapher and a fine artist who painted in both oils and watercolors.

She is survived by her husband, Gilbert M. Sansbury; a daughter, Belinda Morton and her husband Bob of Frederick, Md.; a son, Dan Sansbury and his wife Claudia of LaPlata, Md.; a very special friend, Shelly Peton of Brandywine, Md.; seven grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday in Epworth United Methodist Church, 20 Baltimore Ave., Rehoboth Beach, where friends may call one hour earlier.

The Rev. Jack Abel will officiate.

Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Suitland, Md.

The family suggests memorial contributions to Delaware Hospice, 20167 Office Circle, Georgetown, DE 19947; or Epworth United Methodist Church, 20 Baltimore Ave., Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971.
