Maxine L. Wanzer

Maxine L. Wanzer, 53 GEORGETOWN - Maxine L. Wanzer, 53, of Georgetown, died at home Thursday May 6, 2010. She was a 1975 graduate of Milford High School and was a Food Service Supervisor for Milford Middle and Milford High School for 15 years. She was a member of Jesus is Lord Church of Deliverance and was preceded in death by her brother, James Blackwell, Jr. She is survived by three children, Paula Wanzer Dixon, Jack, and John E. Wanzer Jr.; and two sisters, Kay Blackwell Baynard and Janice Blackwell Love; and seven grandchildren. Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Friday, May 14, at the Jesus is Lord Church of Deliverance, 40 Ingramtown Road, Georgetown. Interment will be in the Milford Community Cemetery, Milford. Arrangements handled by Berry-Short Funeral Home, Milford.
