Mark Steven Johnson, 49
DOVER - Mark Steven Johnson of Dover died Wednesday, April 25, 2007, in his home. He was 49.
Mr. Johnson was born Jan. 29, 1958, in Norfolk, England, to Perry M. Johnson and Jacqueline O. Bale Johnson.
He worked several places in the automotive industry. He owned and operated his own window tinting business, Energy Efficient Window Tinting in Camden; he also worked as a construction foreman for different residential and commercial jobs in Florida. In Daytona, Fla., he worked for Hairy Glass creating molds for fiberglass bodies for autos including NASCAR cars. He also worked on oilrigs in Texas. His love of mechanics goes back to his ability to work on bicycles at Biltons Bicycles. His biggest joy was helping his friends and family.
Mr. Johnson had a generous and kind spirit. His last six months were the happiest of his life.
He is survived by his parents, Perry Johnson of Bear and Jacqueline Johnson of Dover; his son, Brian O"Neil; his best of friends, Suzi McKinney and her two daughters, Heather and Kimberly.
A memorial service will be 7 p.m. Thursday in Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Road, Dover.
