ELLENDALE - Linda Chamberlain Davis passed away on Saturday, December 19, 2020 at Beebe Healthcare ICU in Lewes, Del. She was born in Wilmington, Del. on August 22, 1951 to the late Kenneth Chamberlain and Audrey Gibbons Chamberlain.
Linda graduated from Upland Country Day School in Chester County; St. Anne's-Belfield High School in Charlottesville, Va.; and attended West Chester State.
She worked for 30 years in real estate with Vernon, Indian River Land Company, and Riale Realty.
In addition to her parents; she was preceded by a brother, Ken Chamberlain; and husband, Richard Meredith.
Linda is survived by her husband, Thomas H. Davis; step-sons, Mike Davis (Kimberley), and Steve Davis (Vera); adopted son, Keith Davis; and four grandchildren, Kristine Davis, Brooke Davis, Gavin Davis, and Morgan Davis.
Linda loved her dogs, Bella, Willy and Molly, and cats. She was involved in the Animal Rescue League of Sussex County. She loved her red corvette and car shows.
Memorial services will be held at a later date. Memorial donations can be sent in Linda's name to Grass Roots Rescue, P.O. Box 422, Milton, DE 19968.
