Lena M. Tierson, 91DOVER, Del. - Lena M. Tierson passed away Monday, April 4, 2022, at the Hospice Respite Center in Milford, Delaware.
She was born August 21, 1930, in Shinglehouse, Pa. to the late Archie Rounsville and Thelma Tobin.
Mrs. Tierson had many retail jobs throughout her life. She loved selling Avon for 30 years and sold at Spence's Bazaar in Dover. Lena was an avid book reader and enjoyed playing bingo, going to craft shows and local yard sales.
In addition to her parents and two sisters; she was preceded in death by her husband, Adrian R. Tierson; and son, Eric P. Tierson.
Mrs. Tierson is survived by her daughter, Denise Tierson of Dover; and granddaughters, Molly and Tessa Tierson.
Funeral Services and Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to Delaware Hospice Center at 100 Patriot's Way Milford, Delaware 19963.
