Keith Stuart Richardson, 73 DOVER - Keith Stuart Richardson, of Dover, passed away Saturday, April 17, 2010, at Johns Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore, Md. He was 73. Mr. Richardson was born Jan. 28, 1937, in Rockville, Md., to the late Clyde Richardson and Ella Fisher Richardson. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Brenda King Richardson. He worked for Connecticut General as a Financial Planner retiring after 20 years. After retirement he went to work for the United States Postal Service as a rural mail carrier in Arnold, Md. A member of the Knights of Columbus and a Grand Knight while in Arnold at Saint Andrews By The Bay, he was also a member of the Elks Lodge in Annapolis and Dover. He was also a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church in Dover. Mr. Richardson volunteered for Delaware Hospice and Meals on Wheels through Modern Maturity Center, Dover. Mr. Richardson is survived by his wife of 43 years, JoAnn Richardson of Dover; three daughters, Barbara Lynn Neville and husband Ray of Manitou Beach, Mich., Karen Merz and husband Robert of Brooklyn, Mich., and Kendra Bramble and husband Paul; son, Anthony "Tony" Richardson of Kill Devil Hills, N.C. and wife Wendy; one brother, Gene Richardson; three sisters, Janice Richardson, Kay Condit, and Pam Harrell; five grandchildren, Nicolas Merz, Jacob, Courtney, and Vincent Richardson, and Zoe JoAnna Bramble. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m., Thursday, April 22, 2010, at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 631 S. State Street, Dover. The family will be receiving guests from 10 to 11 a.m. On Friday, April 23, 2010, a private interment will be held at Lakemont Memorial Gardens in Davidsonville, Md. In lieu of flowers, the family wishes contributions to be made to Delaware Hospice, 911 S. Dupont Highway, Dover, DE 19901. Letters of condolence may be sent, and guestbook signed at www.torbertfuneral.com.
