Onancock, Va. - Keith Allen Oney died Friday, June 3, 2016, at his residence. Born in Seaford, he was the son of Jesse Bradham of Georgetown and Mary F. Oney of Seaford. Mr. Oney will lie in repose on Friday, June 10, 2016, from 10 to 11 a.m. at United Deliverance Bible Center, 532 W. 7th Street, Laurel. The funeral service will begin at 11 a.m. Rev. Dr. Wilford Oney will officiate. Interment will follow at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 26669 Patriots Way, Millsboro. A ministry of comfort and dignity is being provided by Lewis N.
