MILFORD - Kay (West) Moore of Milford died Wednesday, Aug. 1, 2007, in Bayhealth-Milford Memorial Hospital. She was 69.
Mrs. Moore was born in Harrington, daughter of the late William K. and Clara (Hastings) West.
She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Moore was a member of Christ Episcopal Church, Milford.
She worked occasionally as a beautician both in Harrington and Milford.
Mrs. Moore enjoyed reading and watching TV. She especially loved watching movies and was a big John Wayne fan.
She also enjoyed going to church.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Moore was preceded in death by her daughter, Beth E. Jones, in 1979.
She is survived by her husband of 28 years, Howard James Moore; two sons, Chris Jones of Milford, and Paul Spence of Bowers Beach; a daughter and son-in-law, Vikki and Wesley Masten of Harrington; four grandchildren, Holly Vickers, William Freeman, Cameron D. Freeman and Beth M. Jones; and four great-grandchildren, Tyler Williams, Cameron R. Freeman, Brooke Freeman and Wyatt Freeman.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday in Christ Episcopal Church, 200 N. Church St., Milford. Friends may call Friday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. at the McKnatt, Carpenter & Baker Funeral Home, 50 Commerce St., Harrington.
Burial will be in Hollywood Cemetery, Milford-Harrington Highway.
