DELRAY BEACH, Fla. - Kathryn B. Warren Delray Beach, formerly of Felton, Del. and Dover, Del., passed away Saturday, March 24, 2007, in her home with family. She was 97.

Mrs. Warren was born Aug. 2, 1909, in Delmar, Del., daughter of the late Edward and Lanah Muncy Butler.

She was a graduate of Caesar Rodney High School, Camden, Del., where she met her husband, Clarence N. Warren.

Mrs. Warren was a sweet lady who everyone loved. She had many devoted friends. She was a caring wife who put the needs of her husband before her own. She loved to go on cruises with her husband. She was an accomplished ballroom dancer and an avid bridge player who was known to win far more than she lost. She played four or five times a week until age 96. She loved the ocean and enjoyed her daily walks during the 25 years where it was just steps away from her home.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence N. Warren; her stepfather, Clifford Milbourn; and a brother, Frances M. Butler.

She is survived by a son, Dr. Russell G. Warren of Kiawah Island, S.C.
