MILFORD - On September 29, 2021, Kathleen Alice Adams peacefully went to be with the Lord with her family by her side.
She was born on April 8, 1954 in Harrington, Del. to the late Louis and Louise Gerardi.
Kathleen was a hairdresser before working as a bank teller for nearly thirty years at Sussex Trust, Wilmington Trust, and then M&T Bank in Milford.
She enjoyed gardening, cooking for family and friends (especially Italian like her famous meatballs and homemade sauce), taking walks and being active, traveling, and spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-niece who were the joys of her life.
Mrs. Adams was preceded in death by her husband, Donald C. Adams.
She is survived by her son, Dr. D. Blaine Nashold, Jr. and his wife Danielle; her daughter, Brandy DeFiglio and her husband Daniel; her grandchildren, Daryl Blaine "Trey" Nashold, III, Wellesley Wilson "Wells" Nashold, and Callan Fisher "Cal" DeFiglio; her sisters, Mary Gerardi, Gladys Sacco, and Elva Murray; and her great-nieces, Autumn and McKenna Murray.
The family will receive visitors at Rogers Funeral Home, 301 Lakeview Ave., Milford, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Wednesday, October 6, 2021 with a funeral service at 11 a.m.
Burial is in Hollywood Cemetery.
