SEAFORD, Del. - Judy M. White Blizzard passed away on March 3, 2022 at Tidal Health Nanticoke. Born on April 28, 1943 in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth White and Opal Boggs White Simmons.
She is survived by her husband of 56 years, James G. Blizzard; two daughters, Buffy Morris (Brian) of Arlington, Tenn. and Karen Merriman (Denny) of Salisbury Md. She also has four grandchildren, Bryan Merriman (Shaiann), Steven Merriman, Peyton Morris, and Hailey Morris; and one great-grandchild, Caeson Merriman.
In addition to her parents; Judy was also preceded in death by her sister, Louise Walls; and her brother, William White.
