Felton - James O. Combs passed away peacefully on 7/20/18 at Bayhealth Medical Center with his family by his side. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Sunday, July 29, 2018 at Union Missionary Baptist Church located at 883 Lincoln St. Dover, DE 19904 to begin at 4 p.m. with visitation one hour prior. A public visitation will be held on Saturday, July 28, 2018 at Bennie Smith Funeral, 717 W. Division St. Dover, DE. 19904 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Letters of condolence may be sent and guestbook signed at www.benniesmithfuneralhome.com.
