James 'DOG' Fagans, 63Reverend James Fagans passed away January 7, 2022. He was born January 28, 1958 in Salisbury, Maryland.
James is survived by his wife, Juanita; five children, Willie Sharp (Tammi), Theodorsia Sharp, Kimberly Brooks (Kenneth), Cassandra Fagans-Sharp and James Blackwell (Tiffanee). He will be greatly missed by many more. Viewing will be held at 9 a.m. until service time of 11 a.m. at the New Jerusalem Baptist Church in Dover, Delaware on Saturday January 15, 2022.
