Igean Boudreau

DOVER - Igean Boudreau, 90, of Dover, formerly of Princess Anne, Md., died Oct. 26, 2010, in Dover. Born in Kelly, N.C., she was the daughter of the late James and Marylena Holland Rothwell. Mrs. Boudreau was raised in the teaching of Christ Jesus and had worked as a Museum Coordinator. In later years she spent her time as a homemaker. She had resided in Princess Anne, Md., for over 40 years and previously lived in Harlem, N.Y., for over 35 years. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, George Boudreau, who died in 1995. She was also predeceased by her two brothers and two sisters. Mrs. Boudreau is survived by her daughter, Sojourner McCauley of Yonkers, N.Y.; a son, Emmet; two grandchildren, Laila Mc Cauley - Turner of New York, N.Y., and her grandson and caregiver, Scott Gottfried of Dover; and five great-grandchildren. Friends may call starting at 10 a.m., Tuesday, Nov. 2, 2010, at the Funeral Home of Michael J. Ambruso, 1175 S. State St., Dover, where services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Interment will take place in the Rosa Green Cemetery in Kelly, N.C. Guest Book signings and condolences may be made at www.ambruso.com.
