Helen Marie Stackhouse HARRINGTON - Helen Marie Stackhouse, of Harrington, passed away Wednesday, May 12, 2010 in the Delaware Hospice Center, Milford. She was 61. Helen was born April 20, 1949, to the late Charles and Eva English. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed playing Bingo, spending time with her grandchildren and her late husband Gary. In the past, she was a wonderful and caring caregiver who devoted most of her time caring for everyone but herself. She was a member of the Camden-Wyoming Moose Club. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, Gary B. Stackhouse, mother and father in-law, Robert and Anna Stackhouse and a foster child, David Wilson. She is survived by two daughters, Michele Massarelli and her husand, Andrew of Harrington, Angela Foraker and her husband Wayne of Clayton, six grandchildren, Andrew III, Jessica, Jennifer, Wayne III, Michael and Gary. Funeral Services will be held Monday, May 17, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Berry-Short Funeral Home, Main St., Felton, DE, where friends may call after 10:00 a.m. Burial in Delaware Veterans Mem. Cemetery, Bear, DE. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to: Disabled American Veterans, 3725 Alexandra Pike, Cold Spring, KY 41076.
