DOVER - Helen M. Clegg of Dover died Sunday, May 6, 2007, at Bayhealth-Kent General Hospital. She was 81.
Mrs. Clegg was born Dec. 16, 1925, in Dover, the daughter of the late Arlie and Sophie Wilson Williams.
She was a 1943 graduate of Smyrna High School.
Mrs. Clegg was a homemaker who enjoyed the flowers and shrubs around her home and watching and feeding birds.
She also enjoyed taking rides in the country, especially to Bombay Hook National Wildlife Refuge.
Mrs. Clegg looked forward to driving to Smyrna for shopping or maybe a treat. She was especially dedicated to her family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Eugene Faucett; and her second husband, Harry Clegg.
She is survived by a son, Donald Faucett and his wife, Ellen of Dover; a granddaughter, Sherri Welch of Dover; and two great-grandchildren, Tiffany Howard and Ronald Howard, both of Dover.
Services will be 2 p.m. Friday in Faries Funeral Chapel, 29 S. Main St., Smyrna, where friends may call one hour earlier.
