Gloria 'Jeannie' (O'Day) Marker, 69
GLENDORA, Calif. - Gloria "Jeannie" (O'Day) Marker of Glendora passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, Sept. 17, 2007, surrounded by her family. She was 69.
Mrs. Marker was born Aug. 17, 1938, in Greenwood, Del., to the late Irvin O'Day and Mildred (Shaffer) O'Day.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a son, Morton Marker Jr.; and a sister, Thelma O'Day.
She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Morton Marker; daughter, Shelly Bliss and her husband Dave; son, Duane Marker and his wife Patti; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren, all of California; seven sisters, Phyllis Brown, Doris Ross, Pat VanVorst, Janet Williams, all of Greenwood, Joyce Davis and Linda Horne, both of Seaford, and Lois Pritchett of Milton; and a brother, Paul O'Day of Greenwood.
A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Denton (Md.) Church of the Brethren, Seventh and Randolph streets, Denton.
