DOVER - George L. Heaps of Westminster Village, died after a brief illness on March 11, 2007.
He is survived by his wife, Mary F. Heaps; two children, Beverly H. Steele and her husband, Myron and G. Robert Heaps and his wife, Nancie; four grandchildren, Clayton C. Steele, Maj. Jenness Bostic, U.S. Air Force, Taylor P. Heaps and Parker F. Heaps; great-grandchildren, Thomas, Victoria, Scottie and Loudon.
A memorial service will be celebrated in Westminster Village on Wednesday at 11 a.m.
Contributions may be made to the Modern Maturity Center, 1121 Forrest Ave., Dover DE 19904; or Westminster Village Serenity Garden, 1167 McKee Road, Dover, DE 19904.
