DOVER - Gary Richter passed away on Wednesday, Feb. 26, 2014 in his home. He was born on Feb. 12, 1948 in Dover, son of the late Hubert Richter. Gary served his country in the U.S. Navy from 1971 to 1976. Gary enjoyed reading and cooking. He was preceded in death by his father Hubert Richter, his brother David Richter and step sister Cindy Richter. Gary is survived by his two children, Gary Jr. and Heather; his step mother Dorothy Richter; his step sister Susan Bradley; and the love of his life, Wanda Richter. A memorial service is planned at St. John's Lutheran Church in Dover on Tuesday, Mar 4, 2014 at 2 p.m. Life's End Services are by Michael J. Ambruso Funeral Director, Inc., Dover.
