Gail MacDonald

FELTON - Gail MacDonald passed away, Tuesday, Sept. 19, 2017 at Kent General Hospital.
Mrs. MacDonald was born Jan. 2, 1949 in New York, N.Y.
She worked at Dover Downs in food service for many years. Mrs. MacDonald enjoyed playing scrabble, watching movies, spending time with family and especially enjoyed being with her grandchildren.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, John MacDonald.
She is survived by her son, Robert MacDonald (Theresa Biddle) of Camden; daughter, Tracy MacDonald (Akim Lewis) of Felton; brothers, Paul Mikulka of Florida, Dennis Griggs of New York, N.Y.; sisters, Shirley Cabrerra and Patricia Burke both of New York, N.Y.; grandchildren, Ashley MacDonald, Alyssa and Shayna Marvel, Paige MacDonald, Felicity Marvel, Robert MacDonald, Taelor Lewis and Kendall Henry.
Memorial services will be held 7 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 28, 2017 at Torbert Funeral Chapel, 1145 E. Lebanon Road (Rt.10), Dover. Friends may call one hour prior.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to Torbert Funeral Chapel, 61 S. Bradford Street, Dover, DE 19904 to help defray funeral expenses.
