HARTLY - Frances "Faye" L. Jackson, 66, of Hartly, passed away Friday, Oct. 8, 2010, at Bayhealth-Kent General Hospital, Dover. She was born on Jan. 10, 1944, in Dover, to the late Howard and Lorena Ford Scotton. Faye was a homemaker. She retired from Goodwill Industries where she worked for many years. She enjoyed traveling, fishing, scrap booking, and collecting Elvis memorabilia. She loved her family especially her grandson. She loved the quiet country living. She is survived by daughter, Amy and her husband Pat O'Roark of Valdosta, Ga.; sister, Grace and husband Floyd Brantley of Kokomo, Ind.; grandson, Logan O'Roark of Valdosta, Ga.; nieces, Jerry and her husband, Richard Williams of Hartly, and Barbara Moore of Lincoln; cousin, Judy and her husband Rob Stemmer of Virginia; great-nephews, Brian and his wife Pam Williams and their children Casey and Austin of Dover, and Chad and his wife Teresa Williams of Hartly; and dear friends, Diane and her husband Jack Virdin of Dover. Remembrance Services will be 7 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 12, 2010, at Trader Funeral Home, Dover, where friends may call two hours prior. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
