Evelyn B. Troise, 82
LEWES - Evelyn B. Troise of Lewes, formerly of Dover, died Wednesday, July 4, 2007, in her home with her family at her side. She was 82.
Mrs. Troise was born and raised in Foggia, Italy, daughter of Vincenzo and Concetta Stella Barisani.
She moved to the United States in January 1946.
She was a longtime member of Holy Cross Catholic Church, Dover prior to moving to Lewes.
Mrs. Trouise was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and was especially fond of those moments that she spent with her family.
She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Edward J. Troise of Lewes; three sons, Edward J. Troise Jr., Lawrence J. Troise and Anthony Troise, all of Lewes; a daughter, Evelyn T. Troise Bove of Lewes; nine grandchildren, Jeremy E. Troise and his wife, Tara of Camden, Jerrad D. Troise and his wife, Amanda of Hawaii, Justin A. Troise and his fiancee, Tracey Powell of Rehoboth; Gene Aarons of Lewes, Jacquline N. Troise, Jheri J. Troise, both of Dover, Eleanor Roberto and her husband, Louis, Aimee E. Troise and her fiance, Brendan Bieker, both of Philadelphia, and Elissa J. Troise of Dover; and nine great-grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian burial will be private in the Troise family mausoleum.
Instead of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Christiana Care, VNA Alzheimers Respite Program, 1 Reeds Way, New Castle, DE 19720.
Arrangements are by Michael J. Ambruso Funeral Director Inc., Dover.
