SMYRNA, DE - beloved mother, grandmother and sister; passed away Monday evening January 29, 2024, at her residence surrounded by her loving family.
Mrs. Watson was preceded in death by her husband, George Watson.
She leaves cherished memories with 3 children, Joyce Evans Smith, Gary Henry (Machell) and Tori Henry (Leon); 4 grandchildren, Mieshay Smith, Evan W. Smith (Laura), Gregory Henry and Dionte Bounds, her loving caretaker; 8 great-grandchildren; 1 brother, George Evans (Frances); 1 sister, Mary Monroe and a host of extended family and friends.
Mrs. Watson's Celebration of Life will be held 12:00 pm, Friday, February 9, at Centennial United Methodist Church, 44 E. Mt. Vernon St., Smyrna, DE. Viewing 10:00 am-12:00 pm. Internment following the service in Odd Fellows Cemetery.
