Dover - Ernestine Archer passed away peacefully on Friday, Sept. 27, 2019 at BayHealth Medical Center. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, Oct. 5, 2019 at Holy Trinity Church located at 425 W. Division St. Dover, DE 19904 to begin at 11 a.m. with visitation two hours prior.
