DOVER, DE - Elizabeth L. Welsh "Betty" passed away on October 28, 2022.
Born on January 13, 1936, in Baltimore, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Leo F. Welsh and Thelma M. Welsh.
Betty is survived by her children, Beth Domino (Frank), David Hall, and Frank Hall; grandchildren, John McKee, Sarah Barefoot (Alex), Meghan McKee, Ian McKee (Amy Greenly), Raven Hall, Kimberly Josey (Justin); great-grandson, Elijah Magill; and daughter-in-law, Tina Newman (Kevin).
She was predeceased by her son, Richard F. Hall; and her friend, Anna Maria Kihn.
When she wasn't spending time with her family, friends, and beloved dog Abbe, Betty enjoyed reading and traveling.
A graveside service was on Thurs, November 3, 2022, at 2 pm in Greensboro Cemetery.
