Edeltrude 'Trudie' (Toews) Frazier, 79
LEWES - Edeltrude "Trudie" (Toews) Frazier of Lewes died Tuesday, Oct. 23, 2007, at Harbor Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center, Lewes. She was 79.
She was born in Reading, Pa., and raised by her father and stepmother, the late Martin and Rosa Toews.
Mrs. Frazier was formerly employed by the Delaware Division of Corporations, retiring in 1992 after 15 years of service.
She is survived by one daughter, Barbara Kirsche Catts and husband Dan of Lewes; two sons, Robert M. Kirsche and wife Anne of Lewes and Joseph Kirsche and wife Sandra of Collegeville, Pa.; four sisters, Anna Montgomery and Rose Fagan, both of Bluebell, Pa., Frieda Gorman of near Phoenix, Ariz., and Eleanor Conlon of New Martinsville, W.Va.; three grandchildren, Jeffrey Catts, Joseph Kirsche and Jessica Kirsche; and a great-granddaughter, Alexis Catts.
Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Jude the Apostle Catholic Church, Del. 1 at Five Points, Lewes, where friends may call at 9:30 a.m. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Dover.
Friends may also call at Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Atkins-Lodge Chapel, 16961 Kings Highway, Lewes, on Friday evening from 7 to 9.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 163, Salisbury, MD 21803-0163; or to Meals on Wheels, 32409 Lewes-Georgetown Highway; Lewes, DE 19958.
