E. Denise (Floyd) Lackhove, 67
LEWES - E. Denise (Floyd) Lackhove of Lewes passed away Friday, May 4, 2007, in Thomas Jefferson University Medical Center, Philadelphia. She was 67.
Mrs. Lackhove was born Feb. 21, 1940, in Philadelphia, daughter of the late Basil and Maude (Benum) Floyd.
Denise loved to travel the United States with her husband, spend time on the water and especially loved being with her grandchildren.
Mrs. Lackhove will be remembered and dearly missed by many loving friends.
She is survived by her husband, Harry "Speed" Lackhove; a daughter, Michelle Melvin; a son, Kevin Moore and his wife, Marilyn; three grandsons, Jesse David Melvin, Robert Harrison Moore and James Andrew Moore.
A celebration of Denise's life will be from 3 to 5 p.m. Thursday on the deck of the Lighthouse Restaurant, Lewes.
Instead of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Lewes Fire Department, P.O. Box 225, Lewes, DE 19958.
