Dorothy Wooters Clendaniel, 73
MILFORD - Dorothy Wooters Clendaniel of Milford died Friday, Dec. 7, 2007, in her daughter's home in Upper Marlboro, Md. She was 73.
Mrs. Clendaniel was born Sept. 4, 1934, in Lewes, to the late William T. and Rhonda A. Smith Wooters.
She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Clendaniel enjoyed playing games and being involved at church.
She was an active member of Milford Church of God, she had been a Sunday School teacher for many years, helped out in the library, and sang in the choir.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James O. Clendaniel in July 2004; a brother, William Wooters; and a sister, Louise Wyatt.
She is survived by two daughters, Diane and her husband Mike Veal of Upper Marlboro and Annette Towers of Ellendale; four grandchildren, Michael Veal, James Veal, Michelle Veal, and Josh Towers; one great-grandson, James Veal Jr.; and one sister, Doris West of Milford.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday in the Milford Church of God, 500 N. Walnut St., Milford, where family and friends may call one hour prior.
Interment will in Ellendale Cemetery, Ellendale.
Instead of flowers, donations may be made to the Milford Church of God.
