Bridgeville - Dorothy Smith Cannon passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 19, 2018. The Celebration of Life Memorial service will be Friday, Dec. 28, 2018 at Mt. Enon Baptist Church, 600 North Church Street, Milford, DE 19963 at 12 p.m. Services by the Sussex County Alumnae Chapter - Delaware - Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and the Order of the Eastern Star, Prince Hall Affiliation, State & Jurisdiction of Delaware, will be held at 11 a.m.
