HARTLY - Dolores W. Evans, a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister departed this life on Friday, Aug. 20, 2021. She was the daughter of Raymond and Margaret Welch.
Dolores had a passion for family, friends, life's many adventures and as we all know, her hair. She was known for her quick wit, dedication to love, hardwork, her infectious smile, and accomplishments in life. She will be sadly missed by everyone.
Dolores was preceded in death by her first husband, Earl Anthony who passed at an early age; her second husband, Richard Evans after a long illness; and her sister, G. Ann Farrows who passed suddenly.
Dolores is survived by siblings, Raymond Welch Jr., Warren Welch, and Clara Todd; children, Gary Anthony, Donna Daniels and Karen Stubbs; special grandson who she was close to, Thomas McNabb II; as well as several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews; and longtime friend, Frank Bunting.
Services for Dolores will be Friday, August 27, 2021, at the Melvin Funeral Home, 15522 South DuPont Hwy., Harrington, at 1 p.m., with a visitation for family and friends starting at 12 noon. Interment will take place at the Hollywood Cemetery, Harrington.
