Dolores Elaine Sheranko, 79

WYOMING - Dolores Elaine Sheranko of Wyoming died Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2007, in Bayhealth-Kent General Hospital, Dover. She was 79.

She was born Sept. 10, 1928, in Greenwood, daughter of the late Harry S. and Helen (Stuart) Maculley.

Dolores worked as an elementary school cafeteria worker for W.B. Simpson School.

She enjoyed crocheting, cooking and gardening.

Dolores was a member of the Camden Friends Meeting and the Fruitland Grange 16, Camden, where she served as secretary for many years.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Sheranko, on Feb. 24, 1995; and a brother, Richard Maculley.

She is survived by her friend and companion, William Casterline; children, Robert Sheranko of Lusby, Md., Barbara Sheranko Latchum of Willow Grove, James Sheranko of Willow Grove and Cathy Sheranko Dolbow of Dover; 10 grandchildren, Audrey Sheranko, Barbi Latchum, Charles Latchum, Danny Latchum, Jan Sheranko, Kelley Sheranko, Matthew Sheranko, Patty Sheranko, Wayne Sheranko and Will Dolbow; and 10 great-grandchildren, Abagail Zaun, Alex Sheranko, Brett Sheranko, Brittany Zeitler, Elaine Latchum, Eric Sheranko, Jordan Sheranko, Kristen Sheranko, Larry Evans Jr., and Lauren Sheranko.

Friends may call from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday in the Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming.

Graveside services will follow at 11:30 a.m. at the Camden Friends Meeting Cemetery.
