Dolly Mae Patrick, 72

HARRINGTON - Dolly Mae Patrick of Harrington died Sunday, Oct. 21, 2007, in Bayhealth-Kent General Hospital, Dover. She was 72.

She was born June 3, 1935, in Oxford, Pa., daughter of the late Earl and Geneva (Brown) Abernathy.

Mrs. Patrick had worked for Wal-Mart as a cashier, retiring in 2003.

She also enjoyed life as a homemaker.

Mrs. Patrick enjoyed reading, walking and working on puzzles.

She is survived by her husband, Rudolph Patrick; a daughter, Fay M. Foster of Atlantic Highland, N.J.; a son, Roger Rockwell of Quarryville, Pa.; a brother, Earl Abernathy Jr. of Oxford; five grandsons, Randolph Foster, Brandon Foster, Justin Rockwell, Nathan Rockwell and Michael Rockwell; a granddaughter, Patricia Feliciano; and a great-granddaughter, Alicia Lauren Grabreal.

Services and burial will be private at the family's convenience.

Instead of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the Kent County Chapter of SPCA, 32 Shelter Circle, Camden, DE 19934.
