Dolly E. (Hunger) Groller, 90
REHOBOTH BEACH - Dolly E. (Hunger) Groller, of Rehoboth Beach, died Sunday, Jan. 6, 2008, at Harbor Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, Lewes. She was 90.
Mrs. Groller was employed for many years as a waitress at the former Anglers Restaurant until the '60s, then worked at the former Dressco Factory, Lewes, and also at a laundry in Rehoboth Beach for her daughter.
She was the daughter of the late Marcus Hunger and Frances (Detweiler) Hunger.
Mrs. Groller was predeceased by her husband, John F. Groller Jr., in 2006. She was also predeceased by her daughter, Janet Waples.
She is survived by her son, Anthony Zigman of Lewes; six grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter. She is also survived by two stepsons, John F. Groller III and Frank D. Groller, both of Nazareth, Pa.; a stepdaughter, Sandra Lee (Groller) Andreas of Allentown, Pa.; nine step-grandchildren; and seven step-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Atkins-Lodge Chapel, 16961 Kings Highway, Lewes, where friends may call one hour prior to services.
Interment will follow the services at Henlopen Memorial Park, Del. 1, near Milton.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the American Heart Association, 1151 Walker Road, Suite 202, Dover, DE 19901.
