Della Mae Bilbrough, 84

GREENSBORO, Md. - Della Mae Bilbrough, 84, of Greensboro, died Saturday, Sept. 5, 2009, in Caroline Nursing Home, Denton. She was born Oct. 20, 1924, in Sudlersville, to the late Nathaniel B. and Bessie I. Frazier Wooleyhand. Mrs. Bilbrough was a graduate of Sudlersville High School. She began her working career as an owner and operator of beauty shops in the Templeville and Marydel areas. She went on to work as a supervisor at Leeds Manufacturing in Clayton, Del., retiring after 20 years of service. She enjoyed doing crafts around her home. She is survived by her sister, Norma Clothier of Dover, Del.; two nieces, Rhonda Connors of Camden, Del., and Linda Lofland of Henderson; one nephew, Bruce Clothier of Sebastian, Fla.; and sister-in-law, Madeline Wooleyhand of Templeville. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Davis Bilbrough in 1999. Services will be 3 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 8, Fleegle and Helfenbein Funeral Home, Greensboro, where a visitation will be one hour prior. Interment will be in Greensboro Cemetery, Greensboro.
