Epperson, 11 FELTON - Deju AnneMarie Epperson passed away suddenly, Wednesday, July 1, 2015. Deju was born November 2, 2003 in Dover to Erica Eperson and Christopher Omen. She was a student at Lake Forest Central, where she had lots of friends. Deju had a warm heart and always greeted you with a big hug and smile. She loved to dance and sing and her favorite color was pink. Deju was preceded in death by her grandmother, Janet Epperson, 2014. She is survived by her mother, Erica Epperson; and step-father, Alexander Acevedo-Felix of Felton; father, Christopher Omen of Indiana; grandfather, Michael Epperson of St. Paul Minnesota; brothers, Xander, Daniel and Noah Acevedo-Epperson at home; aunts, Angela and Cassandra Epperson of Dover and many cousins and family members. Funeral services will be held 12PM, Friday, July 10, 2015 at Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Road (Rt.10), Dover. Friends may call one hour prior. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to Torbert Funeral Chapel, 61 S. Bradford Street, Dover, DE 19904 to help defray funeral expenses. Letters of condolences may be sent and guest book signed at www.torbertfuneral.com
