CLAYTON, Del. - David T. Webb went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, February 22, 2022. David was with his family at home.
David was born on May 31, 1957 in Wilmington, Delaware, the son of the late Corbit K. Webb, Sr. and Constance J. Webb, who resides in Clayton.
In addition to his father; he was preceded in death by his sister, Patricia A. McCormick.
In addition to his mother; he is survived by his brother, Corbit K. Webb, Jr. of Lewes, Delaware; his sister, Kathy Dixon of Clayton; his nephews, Jay Maichle (wife Linda) of Clayton, Michael McCormick also of Clayton, and Cory Webb of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; his niece, Nicole Webb of Middletown, Delaware; and great nieces and nephews, Trent, Christopher, Kayla, and Sierra.
David loved NASCAR, music and collecting die cast cars. He was known by all his friends from Washington Park to be the Wire King.
A viewing will be held on Saturday, February 26, 2022 from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. in the Faries Funeral Chapel, located at 29 South Main Street in Smyrna. Funeral services will begin at 2 p.m. Burial will be privately held on Monday, March 14, 2022 at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Bear, Delaware.
