Milbourne, 52 DOVER - David Milbourne of Philadelphia, Pa. passed away on July 7, 2013 in Bayhealth Medical Center in Dover, DE. He is survived by his sister, Delores Milbourne; brother, John W. Milbourne Jr.; aunt, Rachel E Scott; uncle, Leroy B. Milbourne; and cousins, nephews and nieces. Funeral services will be held at 11 am. on Saturday, July 20, 2013 at Bennie Smith Funeral Home, Dover, De. Friends may call two hours prior to the service. Interment will be in Barretts Chapel Cemetery, Frederica, De. Online condolences may be sent and guest book may be signed at www.benniesmithfuneralhome.com.
