DOVER - Cora Ida Jones of Dover passed away peacefully Tuesday, May 29, 2007, at the home of her sister, Hannah Brown, after a long illness.
She was the daughter of the late Linford Fullman and Louise Jones.
Cora attended the public schools of Dover, and also attended the school of cosmetology.
She was employed by Playtex for a short time, and later she became employed by General Foods, now known as Kraft Foods, until her illness.
In addition to her parents, Cora was preceded in death by a grandson, Stephen; a sister, Dorothy Gibson; and a brother, Barry Jones.
She leaves to cherish her memories a daughter, Stephanie Jones of Dover; a son, Nathaniel Bull of Dover; four grandchildren; a devoted and loving sister, Hannah Brown of Dover; a brother, Lonnie Jones of Dover; fives aunts; a devoted friend, Cheryl Quail of Dover; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Services will be noon Saturday in Bennie Smith Funeral Home, 717 W. Division St., Dover. A viewing will be Friday, from 5 to 7 p.m., at the funeral home. There will also be a viewing two hours prior to the service on Saturday. Burial will be in the Whatcoat Cemetery, Dover.
