Kelly, 86 HARTLY - Conchita "Connie" Kelly of Hartly, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 3, 2015 at home. She was 86. Mrs. Kelly was born July 18, 1928 in the Philippines to the late Blass and Lucina Reyes. She worked at various military base exchanges and deli's during her husband's military career. She enjoyed watching movies, cooking, making flower arrangements and going to the Old Towne Buffet. Mrs. Kelly is survived by her husband of 68 years, Raymond Kelly of Hartly; children, Ira Kelly and his wife Monica of Forest Hill, Md., Danny Kelly and his wife Raquel of Hartly, Lawrence Kelly of Berkley Springs, W. Va., John Kelly of Hagerstown, Md., George Kelly of Camden, Rose Beatty of Brooklyn, Md. and Janet DiRienzo and her husband Albert of Casanovia, N.Y.; fourteen grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren. The viewing for Conchita "Connie" Kelly will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2015 at Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Road (Rt.10), Dover, DE 19901. Family and friends are also invited to attend Funeral services 11 a.m., Wednesday, Feb. 11, 2015 also at Torbert Funeral Chapel South.
