Christopher Patrick Schauble, 37

DOVER - Christopher Patrick Schauble, of Dover, died suddenly in Westport, Conn., on Monday, Feb. 18, 2008. He was 37.

Chris was born on June 23, 1970, in Newfoundland, Canada, and grew up in Mahwah, N.J.

He served proudly in the U.S. Navy aboard the aircraft carrier John F. Kennedy during Operation Desert Shield.

Chris was also a master carpenter; his work was admired by many.

He was a treasured son, friend and much loved brother, uncle and nephew.

He was predeceased by his most favorite person in all the family, Aunt Christine Idell.

Chris is survived by his most loving parents, William and Gwen Schauble of Dover; a brother, U.S. Navy Commander Joseph W. Schauble of Mount Vernon, Wash.; a sister-in-law, Van Nguyen of Mount Vernon; a nephew, William J. Schauble III of Mount Vernon; sisters, Melissa Anne Schauble of Sante Fe, N.M., and Kathleen Ostrov and her husband Robert of Wellington, Fla.; his adoring nieces, Hannah Christine and Charlotte Mollie Ostrov; and a host of friends, coworkers and cousins.

His family is proud to know that his organs have been donated to the New England Organ Bank.

A place in his families heart is his forever: "Te Amo, Chris."

Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday in Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming.

Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Sharon Hills Memorial Park, Dover.
