Charles V. Laughlin

MILLSBORO - Charles V. Laughlin formerly of Philadelphia, Pa. passed away on Tuesday, March 4, 2014 at the Delaware Hospice Center in Milford, DE. Charles was born in Philadelphia, Pa. son of the late, Charles B. and Catherine (Boppel) Laughlin. He served with the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. He was a retired Production Machinery Operator for Jack Frost Sugar Company in Philadelphia, Pa. Charles was a member of Mary Mother of Peace Catholic Church in Millsboro and the American Legion Post#28 in Millsboro. His is survived by his brothers, John and Thomas Laughlin; and sisters, Hannah Rowan and Elizabeth Flynn. A memorial service with military honors will be held on Wednesday, March 12, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at the chapel of the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 26669 Patriots Way, Millsboro, DE. 19966.
