SEAFORD - Cecil Allison Pepper, passed away at home on Saturday, December 6, 2014 after a lengthy illness. Cecil was an auto mechanic in Seaford for many years, first with Hurley Chrysler Plymouth then he owned and operated Pepper's Pure Service until he retired. He was well known for his knowledge of auto mechanics especially Mopar products. After retirement he delivered the Guide for Sussex Printing. He was also an avid NASCAR fan. He is survived by his wife of 13 years, Joan; three sons, Thomas Pepper (Karen), David Pepper (Laura) and Vince Pepper (Dani Jo); three step-children, Karen McCauley, Dale McCauley (Joann) and Darryl McCauley; 12 grandchildren, Michelle Pepper, Beverly Pepper, Zachary Pepper, Kyle Pepper, Jesse Pepper, Jamie Drew, Ryan Tulamello, Aaron McCauley, Corey McCauley, Tara McCauley, Collin McCauley, Kayla McCauley; two great-grandchildren, Madison Drew and Sylvia Drew; and two sisters, Joyce Hildreth and Charlotte Williams. There will be a celebration of Cecil's life on Friday, December 12th from 6 to 8 p.m. at Arena's Restaurant, (at the Georgetown Airport), 21553 Rudder Lane, Georgetown. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations may be made to Concord United Methodist Church, 25322 Church Rd, Seaford, Del. 19973 or Compassionate Care Hospice, 28467 Dupont Blvd, Suite 6, Millsboro, Del. 19966. Arrangements by the Cranston Funeral Home, Seaford.
